Oleis is located in the city centre within the historic walls of Ferrara, totally innovative with an annexed bioclimatic room consisting of side windows and 8 olive trees planted and lit in the internal garden, so as to bring nature and the rediscovery of its most traditional values as close as possible to those who miss them. The restaurant has a kitchen in full view, so as to show everyone the beauty and uniqueness of the products that are lovingly cooked and served at the table.
